Burj Khalifa is one of the most visited tourist attractions in Dubai. With its 828 meters it's also the tallest building in the city and therefore quite hard to miss. The observation deck on the 124th and 125th floors is called 'At The Top' and is one of the most visited tourist attractions in the United Arab Emirates - it is an open-air deck that offers stunning views of the city, ocean and desert.  

With this ticket you get a pre-booked timeslot, which gives you faster access to the Burj Khalifa, compared to those buying a ticket at the door. You choose the date and time that suits you the best. Whether you want to see the view in the morning, in sunny daylight or during 'the golden hour' at sunset is completely up to you.

From the ground level you enter the fast elevator that transports you up in the air to the 124th and 125th floor of the building. On the 124th floor you can try the modern telescopes, which gives you a closer look of the city. On the 125th floor you're 456 meters high in the air, where you get a stunning 360-degree view over Dubai.

Once you've snapped all the photos you want from both floors and tried the zoom function on the telescopes, you can head back down to the ground-level café, where a delicious pastry and a signature hot drink await.

Shortly after your booking is complete, your e-ticket will be sent directly to your email.

How does it work? 
You check-in at the counters at the lower ground floor of The Dubai Mall. Remember to bring your e-ticket and a valid photo ID. Once you have checked in, you proceed through the security check to the elevators.

- Visitors must go through a security check and show a valid ID.
- The best time for sunset views is between 17:00-19:00, we recommend arriving slightly earlier.
- Bags and suitcases aren't allowed upstairs.
- This experience is wheelchair accessible. 
- During high season, bank holidays, weekends and school holidays, you may experience queuing along the journey to the deck.
